Junio's work is amazing!! Our kitchen looks very modern with the herringbone subway tile he installed. He is very professional and skilled craftsman which reflects in this work. He installed the backsplash in the time frame that he quoted. We are happy with his work and will definitely work again in future for other tiling project.

Junio to renovated both of our bathrooms in 6 weeks. We bought all the tile, flooring, fixtures, and countertops -- and he built and installed them all. Our bathrooms look totally brand new now. He did an AMAZING job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His workmanship is impeccable -- he would redo tiles that I thought were fine because they weren't up to his standards. He is very professional -- keeping the workspace clean and keeping disruption in the home to a minimum. My wife and I were both working from home the entire 6 weeks without any issue. His pricing is very competitive as well, much better than some of the big remodelling shops. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone for their bathroom remodel.

We did a complete renovation of our house (hadn't been touched since the 50's). I was given a stellar recommendation for Junio if I needed any tiling work to be done in the house. The second that I met him, I knew he understood my needs, the scope of the project, and had an instant trust for him and the quality of his work. Throughout the process and in seeing the progress of the work, including the quality of his team's work, I was consistently impressed. From the detailing of the grout lines to the proper placements based on layout of the walls, I knew I had hired the best of them!! My husband and I demolished and rebuilt our house in the peninsula. We have been interviewing over 40 contractors throughout this entire project. From windows installer to floor installer to carpenter to painter we have hired some bad, some good, and then there's Junio... in his own Exceeding Expectation category. We are so happy with his work ethic, professionalism, and the final product! There were days I just wanted to hug Junio because he made us so happy. SUMMARY: The scope of work that Junio did for us is: -water proof 2 bathrooms (master and guest) -put in heated floors -install tiles on all 4 walls and floors for each bathroom -create niches (for shampoo and conditioner bottles) -add finish metal trims around the windows and doors -create the curbless shower for master -main entryway floor tiles in a very specific geometric design Junio is consistently amazing in open communication, creative problem solving, work ethic, talent, and most of all I can honestly say we would hire Junio for any tiling project in a heart beat. I am an Apparel Designer and work with other Graphic Designers and CAD Artists everyday. Let's just say I have a picky eye for straight lines, symmetry and color. I created my own geometric pattern for the guest bath and entryway. Junio's work can be so detailed (i.e. grout lines that are down to 1/16th of an inch). All the walls and ceilings had to be leveled and plumbed to create 90 degree angles. He crafted these lines perfectly. Our bathrooms are still not finished because we are still working on plumbing fixtures, but I'll post some pictures as soon as we are done. I would highly recommend Junio to a friend who is looking for a tile installer. MORE DETAIL EXAMPLES: There were many, many curve balls we threw at Junio with our project. With a project our size, things just do not go according to plan no matter how hard we tried to plan. We thought we had all the little details worked out, we didn't. Junio went above and beyond to come up with solutions and gave us plan A's and plan B's on how to fix issues that were not his fault. He demonstrated repeatedly that his skill and talent can cover up a lot of mistakes by other trades. We thought Junio would have the house to himself to work on the tiles, but that didn't happen. We ended up having a whole crew of drywallers in the house, and Junio worked around that team and completed his work like a champ. On top of that, he made sure to ALWAYS cover up his work with paper and plywood after he's done at the end of the day so no one else can accidentally damage the tiles. We thought we had ordered enough tiles, but we didn't. Junio helped us do multiple trips to the store to pick up the tiles and deliver them to the jobsite. He checked to make sure all tiles are safe and secure and not broken. Mid way through the project, we decided to put tiles on one more wall that was not part of scope of work. Junio gave us a very fair price and did it for us even though he had to do some extra work. I had a pretty complicated design for the entryway where the repeating pattern is quite large. He was able to see my vision and executed exactly the way I intended on first try.
